Human transferrin antigen rapid detection kit (colloidal gold) is a qualitative and horizontal detection kit for flow immunoassay to detect human occult blood in feces. The membrane is pre coated with anti transferrin antibody in the test line area of the test strip. During the test, the sample reacted with particles coated with anti transferrin antibody. This mixture migrates upward on the membrane through capillary action, reacts with the anti transferrin antibody on the membrane and generates a colored line.The presence of this colored line in the test area indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. As a program control line, it will always appear in the control line area, indicating that the sample has been added and membrane wicking has occurred
